I’ve been thinking about what I was going to write as my obsession this week. I didn’t really do much of anything since I really wasn’t feeling well for most of the week. I swear, I hate being a girl sometimes. Really.
But while I laid in bed with a heating pad and watching the entire Harry Potter collection for the thousandth time, I passed the time with a truly horrible game called Candy Crush and a new app for my iPad called “Paper.” Candy Crush is one of those games that you can’t stop playing, even though they basically force you to. I really hate when games make you “ask your friends for help” in order to move on. Or, you can pay them money. Really? It makes me want to punch someone.
Paper, on the other hand is awesome in it’s simplicity. Paper. That is all it is… Just a blank page and an assortment of digital “pens” that you can write or draw whatever you want with.
I’m not much of an artist when it comes to drawing. My sister got all of my grandma’s talent. I was more into coloring between the lines, rather than drawing my own lines… Huh… That might be a metaphor for my own life, but I don’t want to delve too deeply into that right now.
Anyway, I started to doodle a little in Paper using my cheapy stylus that was free after a rebate at Fry’s. Enjoy the artistic stylings of my six-year old self. 🙂 Is it wrong that I want to print out the last two and put them on my fridge?
